 SEEING HIM AS HE IS

Many try God on, to see how He fits what they want to do, and cast Him off, when He "doesn't deliver." Of those who learn His Word and apply it to their lives, how many will be willing *to lay down those first natural precepts for a New Thing.......The revelation of Christ that will allow them to see Him as He is?* How many will be able to say, "Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord?" It is written, "You will not see me henceforth, until you say, "Blessed is he that comes in the name of The Lord." When He appears, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is."
Are we now asking, "When, where, and how did He instruct us to do this? Jesus often taught with parables, knowing that only true seekers would understand. The seed that fell on good ground brought forth a harvest, some 30, some 60, and some 100. The word seed of our first understanding has to fall to the earth (that is us), and die, to bring forth the harvest of spiritual understanding God desires for His own.
As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Is our thinking carnal or spiritual? Are we willing to die to what we think, so that Jesus can raise up within us, the real harvest that is the revelation of who He is, of what The Word is spiritually? Why didn't all spring up 100 fold? Could it have been that, some only let some of "the seed" they held die, but held onto the rest?
Now, Christ is raised, and His Word says that we are to know Him, and one another, no more after the flesh man we first learned about, and who artists have tried to depict, but after The Spirit. In an appearance to His disciples after His resurrection, when they thought He was a ghost, He told them to feel and see that a spirit did not have flesh and bone as He now had. He did not mention blood. The life of our flesh is in the blood. The life of His is of The Spirit.

In The Word, the flesh is called, "evil." Satan is the evil one, who appeared in The Garden, as a serpent. His head is crushed under our feet, when we walk in The Spirit. How can we truly walk in The Spirit, if we do not see, hear, and understand in The Spirit? Moses lifted up the brazen serpent in the desert on a pole, and the sick who looked on it were healed. Jesus was lifted up at Calvary. We are healed now, when we look at what it is we need to crucify. Jesus became sin (flesh). That is what was lifted up and nailed to the cross. Golgotha means, place of the skull. This hill even looks like a skull. This was not coincidence. It is our natural fleshly understanding ( in our skulls) we need to let die, by laying it down, so that in this third day, God can resurrect His Word in us, The Word by the Spirit. He is The Word. Then we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

So, in conclusion:  Don't cast Him off. He will deliver what He said He would, when we do what He told us to do. Don't cast Him off. Let the seed of your first understanding die, and wait for God to give you the revelation knowledge contained in that seed. Do not be afraid to do this. For He has said, "Fear not, little flock. It is The Father's good pleasure to give you The Kingdom."   Perfect Love casts out fear, and The Kingdom comes, when His will is done.
